They’re hip, young and the coolest sales management team on the block.
The Protea Hospitality Group has gathered these young and dynamic individuals to manage their sales presence across the continent.
At the head of the South African sales team is Dorcas Dlamini. Her new role as National Sales Manager is to implement and manage the Group’s national sales strategy and work with her TEAM to ensure the sales force achieves and exceeds set revenue targets.
Dlamini’s primary focus with be on growing the Protea Hotels Group’s market share in the corporate, travel trade, government, group and conference and MICE market segments.
Working closely with her are:
- Zukiso Makalima, Regional Sales Manager Cape;
- Cassilda Ntsane, Government Sales Manager;
- Jenna Crutchfield, Travel Trade Manager Johannesburg;
- Sheritha Kumar, Regional Sales Manager Durban; and
- Bonolo Sebambo, Brand Communications Manager.
On the international front, Philippa Chesler is the International Sales Manager and Jeanette Moloto is the new Africa Sales Manager. Together they are working across the continent and the globe to sell South Africa and Africa as desirable destinations for both leisure and corporate travel, and increase revenue across the board for the Protea Hospitality Group, which is the largest hotel group in Africa.
Danny Bryer, Director of Sales, Marketing and Revenue for the Protea Hospitality Group, said the new Sales Management TEAM was without doubt the strongest they’d ever had.
